Currently our Junior School is made up of four classes: two Prep/1 classes and two Year 1/2 classes. The students participate in learning programs that use a variety of different groupings and are supported by 5 teachers, a Classroom Aide, a Reading Recovery program, Perceptual Motor Program, a Language Support program and a Primary Mathematics Specialist.
Whilst there is a strong focus upon literacy and numeracy programs which operate from 9am to 1:30pm, there is an opportunity for students to select areas of interest in their learning programs during Developmental Curriculum (Play-zone) which is offered from 2pm to 3:00pm.
The Junior School learning spaces are based in the Conheady-Kline Centre.
